LINCOLN HOUSE SURGERY FLU PLAN 2025 – 2026
This year we continue to factor in that we serve a wide community, some of which ae vulnerable and/or immunosuppressed.
MUST pre-book an appointment slot in advance.
On our Saturday clinics we will have a one-way system with one entry point and a different exit point, same as last year. The lift will be in use (At Apsley), so you will be able to use it if needed and leave via the entrance instead of following the one-way system.
If you feel unwell and have any transmittable illness such as a severe cold , flu or have any Covid-19 symptoms, please DO NOT COME to the surgery, call us to re- arrange your appointment, as there will be many vulnerable patients attending the clinics.
Everyone age 65 or aver and everyone under 65 at risk will receive a text message or letter and will need to pre-book one of the following options
- Main flu clinics
Saturdays 4th October at Lincoln House Surgery – APSLEY
Saturday 18th October at Lincon House Surgery – HIGHFIELD BRANCH
We are holding two Saturdays PRE-BOOKED flu clinics at Lincoln House Surgery.
- Anyone arriving for the clinic should be appropriately dressed to enable an efficient service and easy access to their arm.
- Slots will be given and we must stress the importance of arriving in time – not before, not after- in order to help us maintain a good flow and avoid long queues.
- We aim to vaccinate the majority of our eligible population on these 2 Saturdays, however, some other mid-week appointments will be available at a later stage once we know the exact surplus we have left from those 2 clinics. We recommend that if you can, you attend one of those 2 days to avoid disappointment.
Everyone age 65 or aver and everyone under 65 at risk will receive a text message or letter and will need to pre-book one of the following options

- If your child is eligible to have a vaccination at school, but not otherwise in another at risk group, they should have their vaccine at school, not at the Doctors surgery.
