Zero tolerance policy update

Sadly NHS services and their staff have experienced increased instances of  abusive and aggressive behaviour from members of the public.

Whilst we work hard to foster good relationships with our patients the surgery has updated its zero tolerance policy in line with national guidance which clearly sets out what is expected from any patient, carer or family member when contacting the practice.
