Dr Seraj Anwer (m)

Dr Anwer qualified from Himalayan University, India in 2000; he went on to do Surgical Training in Wales for 5 years. He completed his General Practice Training in the West Herts VTS and acquired his MRCGP from Royal College of London in 2009. He has been a Full Time Partner at Lincoln House since 2011. Besides working as a full time GP, Dr Anwer is the Clinical Director of Delta Primary Care Network (representing Lincoln House, Kings Langley, Haverfield and Archway Surgery). He is also a qualified GP tutor for Imperial College London. He is one of the four Dacorum GP Representatives at the LMC. Dr Anwer is also the Dementia Champion and IT Lead at the practice. He has specialist interests in minor surgery, joint injections & child health. His hobbies include watching football, nature photography, a love for gadgets and spending time with his family on long nature walks. Dr Anwer can consult in Urdu and Hindi.

Dr Devkaran qualified from University of Leicester in 2008 and completed her medical training in Essex and North London. She joined the practice in 2022. She enjoys all General Practice but has a particular interest in Women’s Health and Paediatrics and is trained in contraceptive implant and coil fitting. When not working at the surgery, she is busy working as Clinical Lead for Children, Young People and Maternity for Hertfordshire and West Essex Integrated Care Board and also works as a GP Appraiser. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family, baking and keeping fit. Dr Devkaran can consult in Gujarati and Hindi.

Dr Parbat qualified from Charles University in Prague in 2004 and completed his hospital posts and General Practice Training in Shrewsbury and Telford. He joined the practice in 2011. His qualifications are MuDr. nMRCGP, DFSRH, DRCOG. He has special interests in diabetes, sexual health and joint injections. He is family planning trained and provides counselling and fitting of contraceptive implants and coils. Dr Parbat is also the deputy clinical lead for the NHS 111 service in Hertfordshire. He is married to a pharmacist. His interests outside work include foreign travel, football and music. He can consult in Gujarati.

Dr Strowger qualified from Royal Free Hospital in 1994. He has since acquired BSc in Psychology from London University. He has been a partner at Lincoln House for the past 10 years. Dr Strowger has interest in management of Respiratory Conditions and he is the Asthma/COPD & Falls Lead at the practice. During his spare time he enjoys listening to music, spending time with his family and walks in the British countryside.

She completed her foundation training in Luton and the Royal Free hospitals and completed her GP training in Watford. Outside of work she enjoys keeping active, watching formula 1 and spending time with friends and family.

My name is Brad, I have worked in the health and private Pharmacy sector since 2012 across a variety of roles and environments and I registered as a Pharmacy Technician in 2023.
I assist the surgery by undertaking patient safety audits which help to monitor and ensure safe prescribing of medicines. The audits also help to ensure that any heath monitoring required is carried out which I will complete by engaging directly with patients. I also support review of hospital discharge summaries and clinical letters received into the practice to ensure that patients GP records are up to date with current medications and where necessary liaise with other Health Care Professionals regarding elements of patient care.
