New Website Feature: Live Call Queue Tracker Now Available
We’re pleased to let patients know about a new feature now available on our website designed to make contacting the practice easier and more convenient.
We have introduced a live call queue widget that links directly with our telephone system and gives patients real-time visibility of current call demand. The widget shows how many callers are currently waiting in the queue, helping you see how busy our phone lines are before you call. You can find it on the top left corner under the surgery’s name and opening times
This means you can:
- View the current number of people waiting in the call queue
- Monitor busier and quieter periods throughout the day
- Decide on a more convenient time to contact the practice
- Potentially reduce your waiting time on the phone
We understand that waiting on hold can be frustrating, particularly during our busiest periods. This new tool aims to provide greater transparency and help patients make informed decisions about when to call.
