Dr Bhagya Lawson
Dr Lawson joined the practice in October 2003. She qualified in 1991 in India and has gained work experience in various hospitals before completing GP vocational training in 2001. Her clinical interests are Diabetes, Heart disease, Hypertension and Stroke. She has 2 children and very much enjoys spending time with them. Her other interests are cooking, gardening and sports such as tennis, cycling & skiing. She can consult in the Kannada language.
Dr Tim Strowger
Dr Strowger qualified from Royal Free Hospital in 1994. He has since acquired BSc in Psychology from London University. He has been a partner at Lincoln House for the past 10 years. Dr Strowger has interest in management of Respiratory Conditions and he is the Asthma/COPD & Falls Lead at the practice. During his spare time he enjoys listening to music, spending time with his family and walks in the British countryside.
Dr Seraj Anwer
Dr Anwer qualified from Himalayan University, India in 2000; he went on to do Surgical Training in Wales for 5 years. He completed his General Practice Training in Hertfordshire and acquired his MRCGP from Royal College of London in 2007. He has been a partner at Lincoln House since 2011. Besides working as a full time GP at Lincoln House, Dr Anwer is the Clinical Director at Delta Primary Care Network (representing Lincoln House, Kings Langley, Haverfield and Archway Surgery). He is also a qualified GP tutor for Imperial College London. He is one of the four Dacorum GP representative at the LMC. Dr Anwer is also the Dementia Champion and IT Lead at the practice. He has specialist interests in minor surgery, joint injections & child health. His hobbies include watching football, nature photography, a love for gadgets and spending time with his family on long nature walks. Dr Anwer can consult in Urdu and Hindi.
Dr Vipul Parbat
Dr Parbat qualified from Charles University in Prague in 2004 and completed his hospital posts and General Practice Training in Shrewsbury and Telford. He joined the practice in 2011. His qualifications are MuDr. nMRCGP, DFSRH, DRCOG. He has special interests in diabetes, sexual health and joint injections. He is family planning trained and provides counselling and fitting of contraceptive implants and coils. Dr Parbat is also the deputy clinical lead for the NHS 111 service in Hertfordshire. He is married to a pharmacist. His interests outside work include foreign travel, football and music. He can consult in Gujarati.
Dr Wajeeha Jaffer
Dr Jaffer graduated from Aga Khan University, Pakistan in 2003. She completed post graduate training in Liverpool and Kent before undertaking her GP in Hertfordshire. Passed DRCOG in 2013 and MRCGP in 2014. She joined Lincoln House Surgery in October 2014 and has clinical interests in Dermatology and Women’s Health. In April 2018 she became a full partner.In her spare time she enjoys gardening, spending time with her family and exercising. Dr Jaffer can consult in Urdu.

Dr Kapil Savania
Dr Savania graduated from University of Leicester in 2014. He completed post graduate training in Hampshire & Buckinghamshire before undertaking GP training in Surrey. He completed the Diploma in Childrens Health in 2020 & MRCGP in 2021. He joined the Lincoln House team in November 2021, undertakes Knee and Shoulder injections & can consult in Gujarati. In his spare time he enjoys plays tennis, football & badminton.

Greg Reeve graduated from the University of Southampton in 2008, and has recently come back from working on social impact projects in vulnerable communities in Brazil. He has a long history of teaching and coaching, working with all ages, abilities and cultures. He has a passion for helping people achieve their personal goals and improvements in their mental and physical health. In his spare time Greg enjoys coaching and playing Rugby, getting out in nature, cooking and engaging in mindfulness practices. Consultations available in Portuguese and English.

Janine Newland
Podiatrist - Janine graduated from Northampton university in 2005 and worked at NHS Bucks healthcare for 15 years where she was the High Risk MSK clinical lead. She previously specialised in diabetic foot ulcers, amputations, charcot arthropathy and offloading with the use of gait analysis system. Janine writes articles towards the Podiatry now magazine for this area and her collaboration working with the orthotists. Janine has a passion for keeping people moving and this is important for physical health and wellbeing. Janine is a keen runner and has a vast knowledge about running trainers and shoes generally!! She is currently entered into this year's (2022) London marathon so she fully understands the importance of rehabilitation and quick fixes! In her spare time she loves travelling America, eating the burgers and spending time with her two young children.
