Your first contact with the surgery when you telephone or call in will be one of our friendly receptionists. They will do their best to assist you. We have a team of 10 receptionists, led by their Supervisor, Mrs Judy Eddy.
The reception team are available to help you with booking and cancelling appointments, test results, queries and problems. They are unable to take requests for repeat prescriptions by phone. This needs to be done via the Lincoln House online system or by asking your nominated pharmacy (those using the Electronic Prescription Service) to make the request on your behalf.
