                                                                                                    NOTIFICATION

                                                  We have recently updated patients medical records with the diagnosis of

                                                  CKD (chronic kidney disease) based on the last kidney function blood test

                                                  if it showed evidence of CKD.

                                                  However there is NO CAUSE FOR CONCERN as all these blood results have

                                                  already been received by doctors and appropriate management action 

                                                  taken.

Hilary Mills-Williams joined the team as Practice Manager in July 2015.  She has previously undertaken a wide range of management roles with the Post Office and various voluntary sector organisations.  She is committed to leading her teams to provide excellent customer service and to enhancing and improving the services that they receive.     

Reception

Judy

Your first contact with the surgery when you telephone or call in will be one of our friendly receptionists. They will do their best to assist you. We have a team of 10 receptionists, led by their Supervisor, Mrs Judy Eddy.

Rec

The reception team are available to help you with booking and cancelling appointments, test results, queries and problems.  They are unable to take requests for repeat prescriptions by phone.  This needs to be done via the Lincoln House online system or by asking your nominated pharmacy (those using the Electronic Prescription Service) to make the request on your behalf.

We have two medical secretaries, Mrs Connor & Miss Price.  They deal with many issues including letters of referral and appointments with specialists.
