Following a national upgrade of the Patient Online Access system, some patients are experiencing problems with the new app.  You will be required to log in again the 1st time you sign in to verify your identity.  There is also now a facility to log in with your email address rather than ID number.  However, the same email address cannot be shared by two different users.  

Please follow the instructions to active your account via the new app which is now a blue and red heart on a white background.  If you are still experiencing problems, please contact the surgery's IT team of Jackie and Pat to resolve the difficulties.  

We would like to know how we can improve our service to you and we would welcome your thoughts about our surgery & staff.

To help us to achieve this, we have formed patient participation group so that you can have your say.  We will ask members of this group some questions from time to time, such as what you think about our opening times or the quality of the care or service you receive. 

We aim to gather a number of patients from as broad a spectrum as possible to get a truly representative sample of responses.  We need everyone - young people, workers, retirees, people suffering from long-term conditions & people from non-British ethnic groups.
