Noticeboard

Following a national upgrade of the Patient Online Access system, some patients are experiencing problems with the new app.  You will be required to log in again the 1st time you sign in to verify your identity.  There is also now a facility to log in with your email address rather than ID number.  However, the same email address cannot be shared by two different users.

Please follow the instructions to active your account via the new app which is now a blue and red heart on a white background.  If you are still experiencing problems, please contact the surgery's IT team of Jackie and Pat to resolve the difficulties.

Home Visits

doctors_bag1Home visits should be requested before 10.30am where possible and must be requested by telephone via the duty Doctor, who will assess the request. Such a visit may be deferred until the next day unless the doctor feels that the situation requires an urgent visit the same day or that the patient could attend the surgery.

Most visits are carried out between 11.30am and 2.30pm. As visits are apportioned between the available Doctors, patients may not be able to see the Doctor of their choice.
